Maintenance Technician (Electrician) – Full Time

About the role

LMC FM, part of the global ABM group, is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician (Electrician) to join its Dublin team. You will be responsible for keeping customer plant and equipment running efficiently through planned and reactive maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance on plant and equipment to optimise performance.
• Perform real‑time repairs within the required time frames.
• Report faults, damages and electrical or mechanical defaults to the technical department.
• Remove unsafe plant from service and notify the appropriate department.
• Accurately record all checks, works carried out and materials used.
• Conduct pre‑start, hygiene and safety checks as required.
• Adhere to company safety policies at all times.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker with permission to work in Ireland.
• Excellent communication and customer care skills.
• Minimum three years post‑apprenticeship experience as an electrician in the FM industry.
• National Craft Certificate (minimum) and Safe Pass certification.
• Manual handling training.
