Mechanical QA/QC Engineer

About the role

The Mechanical QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all mechanical systems installed in a cleanroom environment meet industry, customer, and regulatory standards. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to manage quality assurance activities from initial walk‑downs through final inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial, follow‑up, and final system walk‑downs for mechanical installations.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with specific procedures and standards.
• Enforce regulations, codes, and industry standards for plumbing, HVAC, PVC, and PVDF systems.
• Plan and organize construction‑related activities, addressing work procedures and quality issues.
• Record, organize, and maintain all QA documentation and reports required for the project.
• Prepare progress reports and technical verification documents for system owners.
• Represent the company in pre‑construction, design, and project meetings.
• Conduct final QA inspections and answer technical questions during project execution.
• Verify that equipment and overall system OAT/FAT processes meet expectations.
