Project Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead medium to large‑scale housing projects within a dynamic, award‑winning studio in Dublin. You will own the design process from concept through construction, acting as the primary liaison for clients, consultants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through all RIAI stages, from early design to site handover.
• Manage day‑to‑day delivery, timelines and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop detailed construction documentation and ensure compliance with Irish building regulations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering medium to large residential projects in Ireland.
• Strong understanding of Irish building codes and construction detailing.
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules and stakeholder expectations.

Required skills

• Revit (essential for BIM‑led workflow).
• AutoCAD (beneficial).
• Adobe Suite (beneficial).
