About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative with at least one year of B2B technology sales experience. This fully remote position involves outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting for fast‑growing tech companies.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Identify and qualify B2B prospects in target industries.
- Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
- Research target accounts, decision‑makers and market opportunities.
- Follow structured outreach sequences and sales cadences.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates.
- Meet monthly KPIs for outreach activity, meetings booked and pipeline generation.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B tech, SaaS or software outbound sales.
- Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation and appointment setting.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Organised, time‑management oriented and goal‑driven.

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach or similar prospecting tools
