Senior Coordinating Engineer – Industrial Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Coordinating Engineer to lead engineering and site activities on a large‑scale industrial construction project in Newbridge. You will ensure safe, efficient delivery while meeting programme, quality, and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate site engineering and construction activities across multiple work fronts.
• Liaise with site management, subcontractors, client teams, and design consultants.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Support programme delivery, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and client protocols.
• Resolve technical and coordination issues as they arise.
• Maintain progress reporting and site records.
• Support and guide junior engineering staff.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction coordination or site engineering.
• Experience on industrial or live client sites preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and priorities.
• Full driving licence.
