Senior Project Architect – Residential and Commercial

About the role

We are seeking a confident, forward‑thinking Senior Project Architect to join our Dublin studio. You will work on large‑scale, high‑value commercial and residential projects as part of a multidisciplinary design team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of major residential and commercial developments.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design quality and project delivery.
• Produce and coordinate construction documents using Revit.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications.
• Identify opportunities for design improvement and drive best‑in‑class execution.

Required profile

• 8+ years post‑graduate experience in architecture.
• Strong design ability combined with solid technical expertise.
• Excellent organisational skills and a diligent, results‑oriented approach.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear communicator with collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Experience with other relevant architectural software packages.
