Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple design‑and‑build projects from early design coordination through construction delivery and handover. The role serves as the primary contact for high‑value, repeat clients, ensuring consistent delivery, clear communication, and long‑term relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of several concurrent design‑and‑build projects, overseeing programme, cost, quality and safety.
• Develop detailed execution plans and master project programmes, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate design teams, review designs for buildability, value‑engineer where possible and mitigate risks.
• Act as main point of contact for key clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations and resolving issues.
• Work with commercial teams on cost control, variations, change orders and contract administration.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, promote safety and quality culture, and mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within a design‑and‑build environment.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects and key client accounts.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, design coordination and project controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
