Senior Recruitment Lead – Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a proactive Senior Recruitment Lead to head talent acquisition for its fast‑growing European infrastructure business. Based in Dublin, you will drive the end‑to‑end hiring process for project managers, cost managers and project controls specialists across the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for infrastructure and construction roles throughout Europe.
• Identify, engage and secure top talent, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders – regional managing directors, cost centre directors and sector leads – to understand short‑, mid‑ and long‑term hiring needs.
• Manage and develop a local recruitment team, providing coaching, training and performance oversight.
• Maintain accurate data in the SmartRecruiters ATS, from requisition creation to offer acceptance.
• Prepare and present recruitment performance reports and talent insights to key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with CI and EDI standards across the European recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within the construction market.
• Proven experience managing a recruitment team or leading large‑scale hiring initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent understanding of the European construction talent landscape.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system.
