Senior Site Manager – Residential Projects

About the role

ML Quinn Construction Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead residential developments in Kildare. The role starts immediately and offers the chance to manage projects from ground‑breaking through to handover within a supportive, growth‑focused company.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations from commencement to completion.
• Set out works using engineers’ and architects’ drawings.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and details.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to meet programme targets.
• Plan works, manage material ordering, deliveries and on‑site stock control.
• Liaise with client representatives, consultants and design team members.
• Ensure compliance with the highest Health & Safety standards.
• Maintain high‑quality workmanship and accurate site records.
• Assist with project planning, cost control and site reporting.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or diploma.
• Minimum 8 + years’ experience as a Site Manager for a main contractor in Ireland.
• Proven track record delivering residential projects, including apartment developments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a focus on safety, quality and programme delivery.
• Full driving licence and ability to commute or relocate within Kildare.
