Service Technician – Water Treatment Systems

About the role

Culligan Home is seeking a Service Technician to join its field team across multiple locations in Ireland. You will install, maintain and repair residential water treatment solutions, ensuring customers receive safe, great‑tasting water.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair filtration, softening and reverse‑osmosis systems.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and inspections to identify and resolve system malfunctions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on operation and upkeep.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule installations, repairs and maintenance.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Engineer or Plumber, preferably in water‑treatment.
• Valid plumbing and/or engineering licence or equivalent work experience.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s licence for field travel.
