Service Technician – Water Treatment Systems

About the role

Culligan Home is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our field team across multiple locations in Ireland. You will install, maintain and repair residential water treatment solutions, ensuring customers receive safe, great‑tasting water.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair filtration, softening and purification systems.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and inspections to identify and resolve system malfunctions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on system operation and upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule installations, repairs and maintenance.
• Stay current with industry advancements and pursue continuous learning.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Engineer or Plumber, preferably in water‑treatment.
• Valid plumbing or engineering licence/certification, or equivalent work experience.
• Technical knowledge of water‑treatment systems (training provided if needed).
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
