Site Manager – 200‑Unit Residential Development in Saggart

About the role

We are a leading residential developer seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a brand‑new 200‑unit housing scheme in Saggart, Co. Dublin. You will join a well‑established team and be responsible for delivering a high‑quality residential project from ground‑up, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all site activities from commencement through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and on‑site personnel.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Monitor programme schedules and project milestones.
• Oversee quality control, inspections and compliance with specifications.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, design team and senior management.
• Maintain accurate site records and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Relevant construction qualifications and certifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades.
