Site Manager – Large Residential Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a large residential construction project in Wexford Town. This permanent, full‑time position offers the chance to join a well‑established contractor at the start of a major development and to progress your career in a secure, long‑term environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all on‑site operations from groundworks through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers.
• Ensure works are completed in line with programme schedules.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety on site.
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting.
• Monitor quality control procedures and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site management.
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.
