Site Manager – New Build – West Dublin/Meath

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a significant new‑build development in the West Dublin/Meath area. Reporting to the Project/Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on‑site activities from groundworks through to handover, ensuring safety, quality and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day site operations and coordinate multiple trades.
• Supervise subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring work aligns with programme, drawings and quality standards.
• Manage site logistics, materials, plant and deliveries to meet project timelines.
• Lead site meetings, maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager.
• Enforce health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with building regulations and design specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Manager on new‑build or large‑scale projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership capabilities.
• Valid full clean driving licence.

Required skills

• Safe Pass certification.
• SMSTS or equivalent site‑management qualification.
