Site Manager – Residential Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a new 200+ apartment development for a Tier 1 developer operating in Ireland and the UK. The role will oversee the project from tender through to completion and handover, ensuring compliance with planning and health & safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all on‑site activities, ensuring adherence to planning permissions and H&S regulations.
• Oversee the project lifecycle from tender stage to completion and handover.
• Collaborate with quantity surveyors and internal teams to monitor and control budgets.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, program management plans and risk assessments.
• Communicate key information to site teams and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage the site team to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ site management experience with a contractor or developer.
• Proven experience on large‑scale apartment or housing developments.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication in English.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
