Site Manager – Waterford

About the role

Quantum is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day‑to‑day activities on a construction site in Waterford. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while acting as the primary link between site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and in compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and site staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards, conducting regular site inspections and enforcing safety protocols.
• Monitor workmanship and materials to meet Quantum’s high quality standards and address any defects.
• Liaise with the Project Manager to review and update schedules, coordinate delivery and storage of materials, and ensure site resources are available.
• Act as the on‑site point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, providing updates and facilitating regular site meetings.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates, and report risks or delays to the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar construction role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
