Spa Receptionist – Luxury Hotel & Spa

About the role

Join the award‑winning spa at The Heritage, a luxury hotel set in the unspoilt Laois countryside. As a Spa Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, professional and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and check‑in guests efficiently, handling all spa‑related queries.
• Provide information on spa facilities, tours for potential members and promote treatments.
• Maintain the spa’s ambiance by controlling lighting, music and temperature.
• Open and close the spa according to standards and complete cash‑handling procedures.
• Accurately post guest accounts and process sales of spa products and home‑care items.
• Keep reception and surrounding areas clean and well‑maintained.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience, preferably in a busy, luxury spa or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with booking systems.
• Strong computer literacy.
