Trades Foreman – Apartments or Duplexes

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Trades Foreman to lead on‑site teams working on apartment and duplex construction projects in West Dublin. You will ensure that all work meets high quality standards, complies with building regulations and stays on schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate trades workers and subcontractors on‑site.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality and safety compliance.
• Resolve issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients and other stakeholders.
• Train and mentor junior trades workers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Trades Foreman on apartment or duplex projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Relevant trade certifications or qualifications.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dublin, Ireland.
