Accommodation Assistant – Boutique Hotel

About the role

We are looking for three enthusiastic Accommodation Assistants to join the team at the Fitzwilton Hotel, a stylish boutique property in the heart of Waterford. You will help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort that define our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas according to hotel SOPs.
• Work flexible shift patterns, including evenings and weekends, across all accommodation areas.
• Follow directions from the accommodation management team and support new initiatives.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Assist in planning and organising daily workload for the accommodation team.
• Attend meetings and briefings as required.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Available to work flexible days and hours, including weekends.
