Accommodation Assistant – Flexible Shifts

About the role

SpringHill Hotel is seeking enthusiastic Accommodation Assistants to join our newly refurbished property. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort across all areas of the hotel, with a schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms and public areas to the hotel’s required standards.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or items needing attention.
• Deliver service that ensures complete guest satisfaction.
• Follow all reasonable instructions and requests from management.

Required profile

• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fully flexible availability for all shift patterns.

Required skills

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning (highly desired).
• Strong attention to detail.
