About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Accommodation Assistant to join our hotel’s accommodation team. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest care across rooms and public areas, with flexible availability for mid‑week and weekend shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and organise your work area to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
- Work up to five days per week in a busy accommodation department, including occasional evening shifts on a rotating basis.
- Collaborate with team members and liaise with guests, colleagues and other hotel departments.
- Service guest rooms and public areas to the required standards.
- Maintain accurate cleaning records and logs.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar hospitality cleaning role (desirable).
- Passion for cleaning and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability, enthusiasm and a standards‑driven mindset.
- Guest‑care focused attitude.
