About the role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Agent to lead the delivery of a new pump station and amenity park in Dublin. The project includes sewer, ducting, piling and associated civil works, offering a dynamic environment for a proactive site professional.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations and coordinate all civil works activities.
- Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works.
- Monitor health, safety and environmental standards on site.
- Control project schedules, budgets and quality standards.
- Report progress to senior management and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of pump stations, sewer systems, ducting and piling works.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
