Civils Foreman / Ganger – Site Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Civils Foreman / Ganger to lead our site teams on civil engineering projects. The role sits at the heart of our construction operations, ensuring that work is carried out safely, on schedule and to the required specifications while supporting our culture of belonging and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise operatives, plant and subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate daily site activities to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, on time and to specification.
• Deliver site briefings and toolbox talks to maintain safety standards.
• Monitor quality, productivity and programme delivery.
• Liaise with Site Managers and Project Managers to align on project goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Ganger or Foreman role.
• Experience in utilities, civils or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Safe Pass and relevant CSCS qualifications.
• Full driving licence.
