Construction Project Manager – Residential Development in Waterford

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a residential development in Waterford from pre‑construction through to handover. You will join a well‑established property developer known for quality projects and a supportive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the project from pre‑construction planning to final completion.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth delivery.
• Oversee programme schedules, quality standards, budgets and health & safety compliance.
• Drive the project to finish safely, on‑time, and to the highest standard.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the build.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in Irish construction.
• Previous role as a Project Manager on residential developments.
• Background with a main contractor or developer.
• Ability to commute to Waterford.
