Director, Forma Industry Strategy

About the role

This senior strategic leadership position is based in Ireland and focuses on shaping the future of a next‑generation cloud platform for the architecture, engineering, construction and operations (AECO) industry. You will define long‑term product and go‑to‑market strategy, turning market intelligence, customer insights and emerging technologies into actionable business direction.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the long‑term strategy and go‑to‑market direction for the industry cloud platform.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative research, market intelligence and AI‑driven insights to develop strategic recommendations and business cases.
• Shape pricing, packaging, portfolio positioning and adoption strategies.
• Create executive‑level frameworks, strategic briefs and recommendations for leadership.
• Act as senior evangelist with customers, partners, analysts and at industry events.
• Partner with product teams to align strategy with customer needs and market trends.
• Align cross‑functional stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, customer success and corporate strategy.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing strategy team across globally distributed locations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, product management, go‑to‑market, management consulting or related leadership roles.
• Significant exposure to the AEC industry and digital transformation trends.
• Proven success leading strategic initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical rigor and ability to translate insights into business outcomes.
