Electrical Project Manager – up to £50,000 + Bonus & Car

About the role

Meritus Talent is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead multiple electrical safety and monitoring projects for a leading engineering consultancy. You will work closely with customers, technical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, on‑time and on‑budget delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several projects simultaneously, delivering against agreed timelines, scope and budget.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors and project resources.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting and cost control.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and change requests.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, RAMS and technical information.
• Attend customer and site meetings as required.
• Provide accurate project reporting and keep CRM records up to date.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Service, Sales and Supply Chain teams.
• Support project handovers and conduct lessons‑learned reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing or coordinating projects in engineering, technical, construction or healthcare environments.
• Electrical background or solid understanding of electrical systems.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and resolve issues effectively.
• Good IT proficiency, especially Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms.
• Desirable: PRINCE2, APM or similar qualification; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; knowledge of healthcare, construction, infrastructure or building‑services projects.
