Finishing Supervisor – Residential/Commercial Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Supervisor to lead the final stages of residential and commercial construction projects in Newbridge, Co. Kildare. Reporting to site management, you will ensure that all finishing works meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise finishing trades on site, including plastering, tiling, painting, joinery and carpentry.
• Monitor quality, carry out snagging inspections and manage handover processes.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings and programme requirements.
• Liaise with site management, subcontractors and clients to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain health and safety standards throughout all finishing activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Finishing Supervisor or Foreman on residential and/or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction finishing trades and associated quality standards.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and meet tight project deadlines.
