Folding/Setting Operator – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Folding/Setting Operator to join our Castlebar production team. You will work on a rotating 2‑cycle shift pattern, operating folding equipment and ensuring that printed labels meet customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Operate various format folding machines safely and efficiently.
• Perform machine change‑overs and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Work with different glue systems across machines.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality SOPs.
• Verify that output complies with customer specifications.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and basic numeracy.
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written instructions.
• Team‑oriented mindset in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
