Food & Beverage Assistant – Full Time

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join our full-time team at the Talbot Hotel Cork. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our guests across our dining outlets, working flexible mid-week and weekend shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, high-quality service to guests in all food and beverage areas.
- Ensure efficient service delivery throughout the dining experience, maintaining 4-star standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Communicate menu items confidently, both food and drinks.
- Dispense and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate positively with kitchen staff, management and colleagues.
- Uphold uniform, personal hygiene and grooming standards in line with the hotel’s 4-star brand.
Required profile
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Availability to work mid-week and weekends.
- Passion for customer service and a flexible attitude towards shift patterns.
Required skills
- Strong communication skills for menu presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
