Foreman – Large Residential Development in Co. Sligo

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead the on‑site team for a large residential development in County Sligo. The role involves managing all phases of construction, from groundworks through to finishing and handover, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors and on‑site labour teams.
• Oversee all construction activities from groundwork to final finishes.
• Ensure the quality of finishes meets project specifications.
• Liaise with clients, engineers and the architect as required.
• Coordinate handover procedures and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience in Ireland.
• Previous work on large residential projects or similar developments.
• Trade background is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and standards.
