About the role
We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist / Guest Relations professional to join Sheen Falls Lodge, a two‑Michelin‑Key hotel in Ireland. The role involves welcoming guests, handling enquiries, and ensuring smooth front‑desk operations throughout each shift.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and allocate rooms and keys.
- Handle guest enquiries, reservations, and accurate billing of accounts.
- Maintain correspondence, record daily “Knowledge Report”, and relay issues to the Duty Manager and General Manager.
- Ensure the front office runs efficiently, adhering to fire‑safety and security procedures.
- Support colleagues, demonstrate initiative, and seek ways to improve the guest experience.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in a 5‑star hotel front office environment.
- Permission to live and work in Ireland without restriction.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a courteous, patient attitude toward guests.
- Ability to work five days a week, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to follow management requests.
