Full Stack Developer (Python/React/AWS) – Mid Level

About the role

Our client, a global financial services firm, is seeking a Mid‑level Full Stack Developer to join a core team building and enhancing platforms for payments, collateral management, and trade operations. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in a Dublin city‑centre office.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain new features across the full software development lifecycle.
• Improve existing applications and contribute to regular system releases in a cloud‑native AWS environment.
• Build and integrate APIs that connect with multiple vendors and display real‑time data for business users.
• Develop enterprise‑level UI applications using React.
• Apply test‑driven development practices and write unit tests.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional Python development experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with React.
• Hands‑on experience working with AWS services.
• Proven ability to build and integrate APIs.
• Familiarity with code‑generation tools such as GitHub Copilot or Amazon Q.
