Graduate Water Engineer – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer to join our Water Engineering Team. This entry‑level position offers recent civil or environmental engineering graduates the chance to work on a variety of water infrastructure projects while developing technical and project‑management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in feasibility, route and site‑selection studies.
• Contribute to concept and detailed design reports, including drawings, calculations and specifications.
• Perform clean‑water network modelling using industry‑standard software.
• Help prepare technical specifications, contract documents and statutory approval paperwork.
• Support senior engineers during construction contract administration and risk mitigation.
• Participate in site visits and on‑site activities to gain practical exposure.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (BEng/MEng) in civil, environmental or related engineering discipline.
• Strong interest in water infrastructure and sustainable solutions.
• Willingness to learn, work collaboratively and follow structured training and mentoring programmes.

Required skills

• Water network modelling (using appropriate modelling software).
