Group Head of Quality

About the role

We are seeking a Group Head of Quality to provide strategic leadership across all manufacturing locations and projects. This permanent, full‑time position is based on‑site in North County Dublin and will drive the highest standards of quality in the design, manufacture, and installation of precast concrete facades.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, lead and implement a Group Quality Strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Provide visible leadership to quality teams across all sites and projects, embedding a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee national and international accreditations (e.g., ISO, BES) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry codes and client specifications.
• Monitor quality performance throughout design, production and installation phases, managing root‑cause analysis, non‑conformance and corrective actions.
• Drive lean initiatives, analyse performance metrics and introduce digital tools to enhance quality monitoring.
• Act as senior point of contact for quality matters with clients, contractors and regulators.
• Lead, mentor and develop quality managers and teams, delivering training to strengthen quality culture.

Required profile

• Significant senior quality leadership experience in precast concrete, facades or a related construction/manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of concrete technology and facade systems.
• Proven ability to manage ISO and BES accreditations and other quality management systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in root‑cause analysis, corrective‑preventive action and lean continuous‑improvement methodologies.
