About the role
The Tullamore Court Hotel, part of The iNUA Hotel Collection, is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere and support smooth front‑desk operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm smile and create a positive first impression.
- Efficiently manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, process payments and follow company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answer guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Operate the switchboard, direct calls and supply information to visitors.
- Maintain a tidy, well‑organised reception area.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing and photocopying when needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting, preferably a hotel.
- Strong passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented organisational abilities.
- Proficiency with property management systems such as HotSoft or Opera.
