Lift Engineer (Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking two qualified Lift Engineers to join our Dublin team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing lift systems, ensuring reliable service for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits.
• Attend lift breakdown call‑outs to perform minor repairs.
• Meet agreed customer response times and build strong client relationships.
• Provide regular updates to the Service Manager and participate in the regional 24/7 standby/call‑out rota.
• Resolve issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment.
• Problem‑solve independently and take initiative.

Required profile

• Experience working as an engineer in the lift industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective time‑management abilities.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with high commitment and motivation.
• Minimum qualification: Electrical Engineering degree and/or NVQ Level 3.
• Holder of an Irish or European driving licence.
