Maintenance Technician for Sky Meadow Villas

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Sky Meadow Villas team in Rathdrum. You will be responsible for keeping the property’s buildings, grounds, and common areas in top condition while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs, including appliance fixes.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by performing the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with vendor coordination and other assigned duties.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative tasks on equipment.

Required profile

• Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
