Monitoring Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a Monitoring Surveyor to join our specialist Monitoring team in Dublin. You will deliver high‑quality surveying and monitoring services across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and development projects, using advanced technologies and working alongside experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver survey works on small to medium‑sized or moderately complex projects.
• Conduct survey sessions using total stations, GNSS, and data collectors.
• Support Principal and Senior Surveyors on larger or more complex assignments.
• Record surveying information accurately on‑site to agreed specifications.
• Process field data in the office, including post‑processing with AutoCAD.
• Assist with detailed field and office surveying tasks.
• Maintain and care for all survey equipment.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, standards and best practices.
• Perform any other duties required by the business.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of survey experience using topographic instruments.
• Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of surveying, monitoring or sensor communication.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish construction industry, particularly surveying and monitoring.
• Experience working to high safety standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Familiarity with post‑processing software.
• Valid Ireland/EU manual driver’s licence.
