About the role
This position sits within a leading global FMCG organisation and focuses on managing the pharmacy channel (e.g., Boots, Chemist Warehouse). It offers a dual career path for a National Account Executive ready to step into full account management, working closely with senior leadership to drive growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Support the National Account Manager in achieving NSV, trade spend and P&L targets for pharmacy customers.
- Co‑pilot the development and execution of Joint Business Plans to increase category growth, sales, market share and margin.
- Analyse pricing, promotions and retailer portal submissions; prepare reports and forecasts.
- Lead quarterly commercial meetings, presenting KPI performance and execution focus.
- Manage customer data, reporting and tracking to meet internal requirements.
- Collaborate with finance and trade analysts to ensure accurate spend and performance tracking.
Required profile
- Proven FMCG background with strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and pay close attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
