About the role

We are an established occupational health provider seeking an experienced Occupational Health Doctor to join our Dublin team. This role offers the chance to move beyond routine clinical work into a strategic position that blends clinical leadership, mentorship, and service development across a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality occupational health assessments and advisory services to clients across multiple industries.
• Provide clinical leadership within the occupational health setting.
• Mentor and support junior doctors and multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Contribute to clinical governance, service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive innovation and take ownership of national‑level occupational health projects.

Required profile

• Qualified medical doctor with occupational health experience or training.
• Registered with the Irish Medical Council (IMC) – essential.
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute to strategic clinical decisions.
