Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor – Community Pharmacy

About the role

Allcare O'Reillys Coolock is seeking a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to join its community pharmacy team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service, providing product advice, and supporting the Managing Pharmacist in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Offer product information and advice across all pharmacy ranges, consulting the Managing Pharmacist when needed.
• Maintain stock control, including rotation, appropriate levels, and accurate delivery details.
• Provide professional, efficient service to enhance customer relationships.
• Assist in all areas of pharmacy operations, adapting to team needs.
• Use WWHAM questioning to handle over‑the‑counter medicine requests and refer to the Pharmacist as appropriate.
• Follow security, cash handling, and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Keep the pharmacy clean, tidy, and report any safety concerns promptly.
• Participate in training programmes and proactively develop the role.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
• Ability to work flexibly within a team and independently.
• Attention to detail in stock and cash handling.
• Willingness to follow pharmacy regulations and company standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in WWHAM questioning technique for OTC medicine advice.
