About the role
Culligan Home is seeking a skilled Plumber / Water Filtration Installer to join our field‑based team in the Midlands. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality water treatment solutions to a diverse client base, ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and purification units.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and inspections to identify and resolve system malfunctions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on system operation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with internal teams to schedule installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Stay current with industry advancements and pursue continuous learning.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Engineer/Plumber, preferably in water‑treatment environments.
- Valid plumbing and/or engineering licence or certification.
- Technical knowledge of water filtration, softening, and purification systems (training provided if needed).
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s licence.
