Project Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Architect to join our design‑led studio in Dublin. The role involves leading the design and technical delivery of high‑quality residential and mixed‑use projects across Ireland, shaping how people live and work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design development and documentation of residential and mixed‑use schemes.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, construction details and tender packages.
• Ensure compliance with Irish planning policy, Building Regulations and relevant guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the studio’s design culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering residential projects in Ireland.
• Strong knowledge of Irish planning processes, Building Regulations and industry guidelines.
• Excellent technical proficiency in building construction.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
