Project Manager – Construction (Commercial, Residential & Data Centre)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major commercial, residential and data‑centre construction projects for a leading main contractor. You will be responsible for delivering projects from inception to completion while ensuring safety, quality, schedule and commercial targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large‑scale construction projects, overseeing all phases from planning to handover.
• Motivate and manage the project team, driving performance across safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Plan, sequence and manage project programmes to meet milestones and completion dates.
• Promote a robust health, safety, environmental and quality culture on site.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor packages and supplier appointments in line with project requirements.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to monitor budgets, control costs and maximise project performance.
• Provide accurate reporting, forecasting and progress updates, and lead client and project review meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of construction experience, preferably on large commercial or industrial projects.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong commercial, programme and stakeholder management abilities.
