Project Manager – Facades, Building Envelope & Precast Concrete

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead façade, building envelope and precast concrete projects for a specialist contractor based in North Dublin. You will own projects from contract award through to handover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects through the full lifecycle from award to final handover.
• Lead project planning and coordinate internal design, surveying and construction teams.
• Develop and maintain programmes, budgets and delivery schedules.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive commercial performance alongside Quantity Surveying teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience in façade, cladding, precast concrete or building envelope sectors is highly advantageous.

• Asta (or similar planning software)
