RC Foreman – Reinforced Concrete Site Supervisor

About the role

Conack is seeking an experienced RC Foreman to lead reinforced concrete and groundworks activities on a high‑profile residential project in Dublin. You will work closely with site managers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate RC crews, subcontractors and daily site activities.
• Oversee all reinforced concrete works including pouring, placing, finishing and formwork installation.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
• Maintain quality control and enforce health & safety procedures on site.
• Conduct pre‑pour inspections and prepare sites for concrete operations.
• Monitor labour, materials and equipment usage and maintain accurate daily reports.

Required profile

• 4–6 years’ experience as a foreman or supervisor in reinforced concrete construction.
• Strong understanding of RC frames, groundworks and concrete operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical information.
• Proven experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
• Commitment to health & safety and quality standards.
• Experience working on construction projects in Ireland.
