About the role

Join a fast‑growing law firm in Cork as a Real Estate Solicitor. You will work directly with a partner on predominantly commercial property matters, benefiting from a warm desk of client opportunities and a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle commercial conveyancing and real‑estate transactions for corporate clients.
• Provide legal advice on property acquisitions, disposals, leases and related matters.
• Collaborate closely with senior partners and associates on case strategy and client management.
• Maintain and develop a personal client following under the guidance of the partner.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in real‑estate or property law.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial conveyancing.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, acquisition‑driven environment.
• Open to candidates from any firm, provided they have sufficient property experience.

Required skills

• Knowledge of commercial property law and conveyancing procedures.
