Registered Architect (RIAI) – Junior Role

About the role

We are looking for a recently qualified architect registered with the RIAI to join our fast‑growing Dublin startup. You will help design and deliver commercial workplace, retrofit and industrial projects, working closely with a tight‑knit team.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute across all project stages, from concept design to technical delivery.
• Develop and coordinate detailed design information using Revit.
• Collaborate with the team on commercial, retrofit and industrial projects.
• Take ownership of design packages and proactively resolve challenges.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute ideas that shape outcomes.

Required profile

• Recently qualified architect registered with the RIAI.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Curious, coachable and motivated to develop a personal design voice.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when working with clients.
• Legal right to live and work in the Republic of Ireland.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
