RIAI Registered Architect – Hybrid – Dublin

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing architecture and interior design practice in Dublin that is seeking a Part 3 qualified RIAI architect. The successful candidate will join a team with a strong reputation and a robust pipeline of commercial projects, working in a hybrid model (three days in the office, two days remote).

Key responsibilities

• Take immediate responsibility for live commercial projects, delivering design and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with senior founders and industry‑recognised colleagues on a variety of project types, including workplace, retrofit and industrial schemes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication throughout project phases.
• Provide technical delivery using Revit and support the practice’s growth objectives.

Required profile

• RIAI registered and Part 3 qualified architect.
• Strong experience with Revit software.
• Proven background in both design and technical delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement abilities.
• Independent, proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
