Salesperson – Luxury Car Sales (Mercedes‑Benz)

About the role

Join a leading Mercedes‑Benz dealership in South Dublin and become the face of luxury automotive sales. You will work in a dynamic environment, helping customers find their perfect new or used Mercedes‑Benz while delivering a premium service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sell new and used Mercedes‑Benz passenger cars following the brand sales process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and consistently exceed client expectations.
• Promote finance, insurance, and auxiliary products to maximise profitability.
• Build strong relationships with showroom visitors and proactively generate business outside the dealership.
• Implement the MSL sales process and meet annual volume, model mix and used‑car targets.
• Make regular outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Achieve accessories sales targets and meet all KPI and commission requirements.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the Mercedes‑Benz brand and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Experience with premium brands and demonstrated financial/commercial acumen is a plus.
• Excellent IT proficiency and confidence presenting to senior audiences.
